PhD in Communications and Media from the Institute of Communications Research, College of Media, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Journalist and Degree in Social Communication from the University of the Border.
She is currently a professor at the University of Chile where she teaches the courses «Latin American Approaches» and «Research Workshop in Communication and Environment».
