Elisa Ferrario

Master in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan, Italy, and Doctor in Industrial Engineering from CentraleSupélec (Chaire Science des Systèmes et Défis Énergétique, Fondation Électricité de France), France.

Currently she works as a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Engineering of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and at the National Research Center for Integrated Management of Natural Disasters (CIGIDEN).

His research areas include risk analysis and resilience of complex technological systems, such as network infrastructures and industrial facilities, exposed to the occurrence of disruptive natural events, such as seismic events, or random failures in their components.
